In our CQS – TN 2001 Toner Refilling Machine we used ;moisture meter , resistance , temperature gauge , thermostat features , compressor , two different filter and vacuuming places .In bottling and filling places we used two different mixers.One mixer is inside of the toner powder place depot and the other mixer is in flows where toner powder.We have 2 different toner powder depots so we can use 2 different toner powder brand bottling and refilling on the same time not need to change or transport any other places. The machine powder capasity is 20 kgs . In digital screen we can control toner powder capasity in timer. With portable structure we can transport, build or move. Our first aim is thinking toner powder bad effects of healty problems in filling process then combine all necessary filling process on same working places. We combained vacuuming / cleaning / filling / bottling on the same machine.Vacuum/fitler and cleaning systems are nearly have same specifications and shape too.The biggest problem is bottling and filling toner powder eliminate polution too. Because of toner powder raw material bottling and filling can create problem.In bottling and filling process time disssolution of toner powder , calcification , lack of fluid and emergence of health problems , working places pollution etc. We thought all these problems and bad effects, based on these reasons we produced our toner machine for eliminate all these problems
