The principle behind how the CISS works is fairly simple; the device consists of ink tanks that are connected to the ink cartridges via a silicone tube. The ink tanks hold ink that is identical in color and performance to the original ink brand and are built like a Mariotte's bottle; the tank constantly feeds the ink from the tank to the ink cartridges when printing.
